SOGETRA has completed numerous projects as Construction Managers in the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area and in the provinces alike. Our involvement begins at the early stages of the project with the pre-construction services and continues throughout until successful completion of the works. Activities include:
- Preparation of bid packages, contractual and technical documentation, including budgetary targets and quantity takeoffs;
- Bid selection and negotiation;
- Verification and selection of material quality and providers;
- Coordination of all stakeholders and verification of all legally required permits;
